When will my order ship?

Jackets will begin shipping in mid-April, duffel bags will begin shipping in late May. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when each item has shipped.

When does the store close?

The deadline to submit your order is Tuesday, March 24th at 11:59pm ET.

Do we provide returns and exchanges?

Due to custom nature of the products, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact support@thepromotionsdept.com within 14 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to help.
