When will my order ship?
Orders are expected to begin shipping in late January 2027. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has shipped.
When does the store close?
The deadline to submit your order is Saturday, October 31st at 11:59pm ET.
Do we provide returns and exchanges?
Due to the custom nature of the products, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact support@thepromotionsdept.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll be happy to help.
